i spent 10 hours in the hospital with a bowel obstruction, the hospital bracelet is on my wrist, the whole video. it was the most pointless 10 hours as my obstruction cleared on its own after 9 hours of sitting, and not eating. So i came home and the next morning i did all of this. You can see my colostomy bag the whole video, i had surgery 2 months ago.
