Happy New Year! :) *dj , danielle and megan are in frankie/nicks room, which is where there sleeping if i didnt say that before..* MEGAN: is anyone ... nervous? DANiELLE: *curling megans hair* A little bit.. DJ: Nervous about what? MEGAN: Uhh meeting the whole jonas family?! its christmas, you dont feel like we're...- DANiELLE: imposing.! MEGAN: ... is that a word? DANiELLE: *shrugs* You know what i mean. DJ: Guys, the boys invited us to spend christmas with them. im sure if they didnt want us here they would have said something. NiCK: *knocks on the door* Everyone decent? MEGAN: Hang on! *to danielle* Am i finished? DANiELLE: You look beautiful. MEGAN: *sighs* Lets hope the jonas's think so.. *opens the door* NiCK: He- *sees megan and his mouth drops* MEGAN: *smiling* Yes..? NiCK: i, uh.. Megan you.. you look.. DANiELLE: Dinner was great, mrs jonas. MRS JONAS: aw thanks danielle. im glad you guys are having a good time. MR JONAS: *checks his watch* Um boys, did you want to tell me something in private? KEViN: *nods* We'll be right back. *nick, joe and kevin go upstairs with mr jonas* MEGAN: *looking out the window, its starting to snow* Um, not to be rude or anything, but do you guys mind if i step outside for a little while? DJ: Where you going megs? MEGAN: Just on the front porch.. MRS JONAS: Aw well its cold.. *hands her a blanket* You feeling ok? *feels her forehead* MEGAN: *nods* Yeah im fine.. i just want to think about something. DANiELLE: *understands* Do you want us to come with you? MEGAN: *shakes her head no and walks out onto the front porch* MRS JONAS: *to dj and danielle* is she ok? DJ: *nods* Well its christmas, which was our mothers absolute favortie day of the year.. MRS JONAS: Aww, im so sorry girls. DANiELLE: its okay. *nods* She'll be ok. MRS JONAS: Are you girls ok? DJ: *puts her arm around danielle* We're doing fine.. *the boys come downstairs* KEViN: Dj, can i talk to you.. umm.. in my room? JOE: What? *hits him* i was going to- NiCK: *hits joe* Living room! MRS JONAS: Ohh right.. ill be back. *goes upstairs* DJ: Ok, im really confused. KEViN: *takes her hand* Just come upstairs with me. JOE: *sits next to danielle* And i guess ill stay here. NiCK: Umm where's megan? DANiELLE: Shes on the porch.. NiCK: *confused* Why is she on the porch? DANiELLE: *smiles slightly* Go ask her.. NiCK: *shrugs and walks toward the door* MEGANS POV: i sat on the porch and wrapped the blanket around myself. it was a beautiful night. i could see from all the christmas lights on the Jonas house. The snow was falling slightly. i could feel it landing on my hair and eyelashes. My mom wouldve loved this night. i pulled my cell phone out of my pocket, and flipped through my pictures. i stopped on the one i took of a printed picture of my family. My mom with her arm around my dad.. me and danielle giving eachother bunny ears. dj laying across our laps. i laughed to myself and then sighed. its amazing how quick everything can change.. NiCK: *cautiously opens the door* Hey.. what are you doing out here? MEGAN: *looks back* Um nothing.. NiCK: A-are you crying? MEGAN: *feels her eyes and they are tearing up. she didnt even notice she started crying* Um, yeah. i guess.. NiCK: *sits next to her* Whats the matter? MEGAN: *puts her head down* Nothing anymore.. NiCK: What do you mean? MEGAN: *sighs* Christmas hasnt been the same since my mom died.. NiCK: *understands* Oh. Megan, its ok.. *puts his arm around her* MEGAN: *nods* im okay.. *wipes her eyes* NiCK: Hey, you be careful. its cold, your tears might freeze on your face. MEGAN: *giggles* im trying to get them off.. *uses her sleeve* NiCK: *takes her face in his hands and wipes them away himself.* *they both just stare at eachother for a little while. and then, nick leans in slowly. he presses his lips lightly on to hers, trying to see how she would react before he did anything more. megan was taken by surprise, but was happy that he kissed her. she kissed him back.* MEGAN: *pulls away, not all the way, their foreheads are still touching* So.. does this mean.. NiCK: *smiles* Yeah. *kisses her again* awww! comment!! dj and danielles turn coming next chapter! :D
