N-a fost suspendata, ba mai mult, cazul ei s-a discutat si in Consiliul Superior al Magistraturii si aici a fost absolvita de orice vina. Apoi, anul trecut, judecatorii au considerat ca nu este cazul sa fie cercetata penal. Procurorul sef al Sectiei de urmarire penala de la Parchetul de pe langa inalta Curte de Casatie si Justitie a considerat insa ca procesul trebuie reluat iar judecatoarea sanctionata daca va fi gasita vinovata.
